Using Scriptcase as a development tool TJPE innovates with the Digital Court system. Check the case below:
OVERVIEW
The Court of Justice of the State of Pernambuco is an organ of the Judiciary Power in this State. Its headquarter is located in the city of Recife with jurisdiction throughout the state.
THE PROBLEM
The need to reduce bureaucracy and provide an accessible channel between society and justice, especially now in view of the obstacles arising from the Pandemic.
THE SOLUTION
The Digital Court was developed with Scriptcase which aims to facilitate society’s access to Justice, avoiding travel costs for the registration of citizens’ complaints and providing jurisdictional speed.

RESULTS (DIGITAL COURT) :
The Scriptcase was an essential software for the development of the Digital Court. The system was delivered to society in a short period of time and also the entire entry of actions in the system of Special Civil and Farm Courts was facilitated.
Through the digital court, the citizen will be able to file an action by cellphone, tablet, or computer without the need to move from his residence to the court.
The Digital Court is completely intuitive and easy to handle. Through a simplified and self-explanatory register, the citizen is guided until the completion of the complaint is done.
In addition to the total security of sending information electronically through data authentication, it can be also emphasized that in the context of a pandemic the adoption of the system brought very important gains as it eliminates the need for citizens to go to the court to carry out their actions avoiding contamination risks and providing greater convenience.
Details of results:
The tool was created by the Court’s Information and Communication Technology Secretariat (Setic). It was announced this Monday (8/31/2020) during the opening ceremony of the VI State Forum of Special Courts (Fojepe).
The Digital Court focuses on citizens who do not have lawyers and who need to file a lawsuit in the Civil and Farm Courts.
On the spot, the complaint must be registered with a description of the fact in addition to data from the other party, such as the name of the person or company, and the amount of the desired compensation. There is also space to add documents that support the reported complaint.
