THE PROBLEM

In 2015, Gothaer Romania identified the need for an IT platform to manage risk research for its portfolio policies.

THE SOLUTION

When the discussions to identify a solution started, we only had a general definition of the scope, a brief description of the main characteristics and the desire to build everything from scratch. That was the moment when we first spoke to Active Solutions and Knowledge. We presented the project, and we were surprised to receive an immediate confirmation that everything we imagined could be done quickly using Scriptcase.

Scriptcase, being a RAD tool, can speed up the development process, in a very short time we were able to develop the platform and continue to improve it.

20000 SURVEYS PER YEAR

We started the project with just one insurance product (automobile), the easiest in terms of complexity, but with the largest number of transactions. One year later, we covered all the company’s 18 products. The platform successfully manages an average of 20,000 risk surveys per year.

CONTROL AND MANAGEMENT

The level of control over the business increased exponentially, while the effort to manage the activity was minimal.

REFERENCE SYSTEM

Gothaer Romania has been using the solution since its development in 2015, and it has become a benchmark in the market.

COST REDUCTION

With the development of our platform, the quality of the portfolio has increased while costs with external partners have decreased.
